At Best Brands, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
